Matt Garman to Lead Amazon Web Services as New CEO Inc. has announced a leadership change in its cloud-computing division, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Effective June 3, 2024, Matt Garman will take over as CEO of AWS, succeeding Adam Selipsky. The announcement was made on May 14, 2024, with Amazon’s CEO Andy Jassy praising Garman’s extensive experience and skills.
