It appears that Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s DLC, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, may be closely based on Japanese folklore. The DLC will be split into two sections, The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk, each introducing a new location and mascot Legendary to the games.
