Chicago PD season 10 seems to be going out of its way to destroy everything that makes Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) great, begging the question of why. The veteran Intelligence officer has been functioning as Hank Voight’s (Jason Beghe) keeper and second-in-command for a while now. Known for his strong moral sense, Halstead has played a big role in keeping the team on a straight path. Inexplicably, however, Chicago PD season 10 appears to be changing this particularly important aspect of his character.
